Step by step:
- Cut the avocado in half, wrap half in aluminum foil and catch it for later. Peel the skin half, sprinkle with a teaspoon of lemon juice and cut into strips.
- Put arugula or other lettuce with a distinct flavor on a plate. Place avocado, fresh fig cut into quarters or eighths on top of the arugula. Make a sauce from olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, a little salt and pepper. To mix better, add 1 teaspoon of warm boiled water to it. Pour the sauce over the salad and add chilli.
